Divided by Design

Ray and Eilyn compete for a couple's renovation project. The homeowner is also the contractor, and his dark, masculine style conflicts with his wife's light and tropical vibe, so finding common ground in their conflicting styles will be a challenge.

A family living in one bedroom through a reno pushes Ray to quickly finish the project. After delays, Eilyn is finally able to continue work on the Coral Gables project. Also, Ray and Eilyn assess the reno progress on their forever home.
